刘俊国,南方科技大学教授,博士生导师。英国利兹大学采尼高级访问学者、奥地利国际应用系统分析学会客座研究员。兼任北京生态修复学会(北京市一级学会)理事长、联合国最佳水资源实践奖技术咨询委员会委员、国际水文科学协会十年科学计划Panta Rhei科学领导、国际水足迹网络同行评议专家委员会委员。担任国际SCI刊物Journal of Water and Climate Change共同主编。曾任北京林业大学教授(特聘二级岗)、德国波茨坦气候影响研究所客座研究员、国际应用系统分析学会科研规划协调委员会委员,荷兰“环境与可持续科学”专业评估评审团主成员、国际SCI刊物Hydrology and Earth System Sciences编委、2013、2015国际生态修复会议学术委员会委员、第五届国际生态服务伙伴关系年会规划委员会委员等职。

主要从事水文水资源、湿地生态、环境科学和生态修复等方面的基础和应用研究。在Nature、Science、PNAS等刊物发表论文80余篇,其中SCI论文55篇。在Nature发表原创性文章1篇,Science发表文章1篇,PNAS发表原创性文章2篇。发表文章被Nature、Science等期刊文章引用2000余次(Google Scholar)。文章获“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”及“全球近10年ESI高被引论文”。

创建了中国首个聚焦生态修复的省部级一级学会-北京生态修复学会,并担任首任理事长;为国际上首位提议建立国际水足迹研究联盟的学者,该机构于2015年在世界水大会上正式成立。2009年获欧洲地理协会“杰出青年科学家奖”,为全球首位荣获此奖的水文学家和华人科学家。2010年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才”。2011年获ProSPER.Net-Scopus青年科学家奖及生物多样性与自然资源管理领域当年全球冠军。2012年获中国科学报社第三届“青年科学之星”环境领域当年唯一金奖。2012年入选“中组部首批青年拔尖人才”。2014年荣获“北京五四青年奖章”。

主持国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目、国家自然科学基金国际合作研究项目、国家国际科技合作专项项目、林业公益性行业专项、北京市自然科学基金重点项目、北京科委科技计划项目课题等十余项课题。担任国家自然科学基金重大项目“黄土高原生态系统与水文相互作用机理研究”专家组成员。曾担任中国环境与发展国际合作委员会“中国环境与发展展望”课题中方专家、“生态系统服务与管理”课题中方技术专家。
