夏雨博士毕业于香港大学。研究方向集中于: 利用新一代测序技术与生物信息学大数据分析相结合的手段研究环境微生物群落组成和协同作用关系对(1)生物处理技术运行效率; (2) 致病菌的环境分布以及抗生素抗性基因在环境中的迁移转化; (3)环境物质循环的驱动机理和生态效应,的影响。 已在The ISME Journal, Environmental Microbiology, Biotechnology for Biofuels, Environmental Science & Technology 等重要期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。 曾担任美国微生物协会香港地区青年大使以及香港大学研究生协会常务秘书长。
